  Dental Crowns

  These restorations fit over teeth that have been severely damaged or decayed. The dentist removes the compromised tooth structure, and a custom crown is crafted to fit over the remaining portion of the tooth, restoring your ability to bite and chew properly. Sometimes stains, inconsistent shaping, and other cosmetic flaws cannot be addressed with solutions like whitening or veneers. In these cases, custom crowns can provide the desired enhancement by covering the entire tooth. Dental crowns are also used for single tooth replacement. A dental bridge consists of a false tooth flanked by two crowns to anchor it in place. For the right candidates, they can also be used to cap dental implants for complete tooth replacement.

  Veneers

  Veneers are thin shells of tooth-colored porcelain that are fitted over the front of a flawed tooth. A small amount of enamel (less than one millimeter) is removed to accommodate the veneer.   IV Sedation

  During treatment, a sedative drug is administered directly into a patient's bloodstream. This method is quite different from oral conscious sedation, which involves taking a pill, or nitrous oxide, in which the sedative is inhaled. While nitrous oxide and oral sedatives are effective, intravenous sedation allows patients to reach a much deeper state of relaxation. This is why it is often the preferred method when performing more complicated or lengthy procedures. Safety is our very first priority. Our practice employs certified dental anesthesiologists so patients are in expert hands during the procedure. They will administer the medication and monitor your vital signs throughout treatment.
